Administrative Coordinator

Innovemia is an innovation academy that provides training to youth in Kosovo for essential jobs in Tech and Digital industries. 

As the Administrative Coordinator at Innovemia Academy, you’ll be responsible for organizing training programs, managing grant applications, promoting courses, coordinating with students, and handling our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Programs: Organize training programs for a seamless learning experience.
  • Grants Management: Monitor existing grants and seek new opportunities to support our initiatives.
  • Promotion and Outreach: Promote our courses and achievements to attract new students and sponsors.
  • Student Coordination: Support students, address questions, and organize students events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Self-learner, curious, and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
