Wonderwraps is seeking a Community Support Specialist to become the friendly voice of our brand. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely, friendly, and effective support while representing Wonderwraps’ values and voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, or social media, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
- Provide guidance on the personalization and ordering process for Wonderwraps books.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Contribute to improving processes and client experience based on feedback.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or community management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using communication tools and CRM systems.
- Passion for children’s products or creative content is a plus.
