We are looking for an organized and creative Screenwriter to work with our creative team to manage and coordinate production activities, with a lead on the production operations and staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the stage of pre-production planning and on-site production activities;
• Create and update video studio operational policies and procedures;
• Coordinate directly with project team members to understand requirements, verify space plan details, and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices;
• Propose new ideas, experiments, improvements, and tests for new formats;
• Apply a creative approach of using the same studio space, reusing props and design elements in a variety of ways;
• Create sketches, space plans based on the measurements, specifications, and additional data from a team (preferable);
• Be flexible and suggests solutions and action-plan in non-standard/unknown or challenging situations;
• Cooperate with team members to create a new idea.

COMPETENCIES

• 3+ years of experience in media/ video production and a proven track record within production management;
• Ability to work within tight deadlines in a multitasking environment;
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and strategic planning skills;
• Ability to prepare cost-effective production and apply creative solutions;
• Able to solve problems effectively and quickly prioritize and reorganize events, projects, and resources.
