Senior Social Media Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and drive audience growth across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong communicator, and data-driven marketer with a proven track record of developing successful social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Lead content planning, creation, publishing, and optimization across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Manage and mentor social media team members, content creators, and external partners when required.
- Oversee community management, audience engagement, and brand reputation across all social channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and key metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, video, and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging content.
- Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to strengthen brand presence and audience growth.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and work closely with advertising teams to improve campaign performance.
- Develop social media guidelines, content calendars, and best practices to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for managing the post-production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality, creativity, and accuracy. This role requires strong collaboration with creative teams, marketing professionals, content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce impactful video content for digital, social media, advertising, corporate communications, events, and other business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the editing process for a wide variety of video projects, including promotional videos, commercials, social media content, corporate videos, training materials, interviews, documentaries, and event coverage.
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and visually compelling content that effectively communicates key messages and achieves project objectives.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, marketing teams, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to understand creative briefs and deliver content that aligns with strategic goals.
- Review footage, select the best takes, and assemble sequences to create a strong narrative flow and engaging viewer experience.
- Perform advanced video editing, color correction, color grading, audio mixing, sound design, motion graphics integration, and visual effects enhancements.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, pacing, branding, and storytelling across all video content.
- Develop creative editing approaches and innovative storytelling techniques to enhance audience engagement and retention.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, archives, and media libraries for efficient workflow management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to editing software, file formats, codecs, rendering, and delivery requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, editing techniques, and platform-specific best practices.
- Review and provide constructive feedback to junior editors and freelance contributors, helping maintain consistency and quality across all video productions.
- Collaborate with motion graphic designers and creative teams to integrate animations, visual effects, titles, and branding elements seamlessly into video content.
- Optimize video content for various digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, websites, and streaming services.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications, quality standards, and platform requirements.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for future video campaigns and content strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a marketing agency, production company, media organization, or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing high-quality video editing work across multiple formats and platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, storytelling principles, pacing, composition, and cinematic techniques.
- Experience with color grading, audio editing, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, compression standards, and delivery specifications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional work.
