We are seeking Technical Support to join our team. This role focuses on reviewing and fixing artwork in our books as needed, ensuring that all visual elements meet Wonderwraps’ high-quality and creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review book artwork and identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
• Correct and adjust artwork files to meet production standards.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to implement changes efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of changes made and communicate updates clearly.
• Ensure that all artwork is accurate, visually appealing, and ready for publication.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to artwork or digital files.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience working with digital artwork, graphic design, or publishing production.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
• Familiarity with publishing workflows or prepress processes is a plus.
